The fitness industry is constantly changing . The new trend nowadays is ZUMBA.  ZUMBA is new exciting way to remain healthy and fit . Founder of Zumba dance is Alberto a Miami based dancer. He delivered the lesson by using Latin Music Tapes. Zumba is more suited for those who are comfortable with fitness routines and dance . It is suitable for all age and fitness level. In this one can do workout depending upon one enthusiasm . One should burn 300 kcals per workout in order to promote weight loss according to ACSM.  Average class length is 39 minutes . Zumba dance collaborates hip hop, samba ,salsa, mambo. Squats and lunges are also included in this.
